The following survey may be completed by any classmate NOT attending the reunion. The information that you provide will not be made public until the night of the class reunion on September 24, 2011 in the form of a memory book for those attending the reunion. For those that are not able to attend the reunion, we encourage you to complete the questionnaire and arrangements will be made after the reunion to mail you a copy. The cost of this will be minimal and will be determined once the booklets are published. For those attending the reunion, a questionnaire will be available to complete during the registration process under the "McLane Reunion" found in the top left of this website.
